Automatic image analysis software is supplied with all Syngene systems. GeneTools also includes advanced band matching facilities, matching matrix, matching coefficients, matching tables and dendrogram generation.
Data storage and extended band matching software provides powerful databasing capabilities for large-scale genomic fingerprinting studies, genotyping, cluster analysis etc. Designed for applications such as crop improvement, RFLP and AFLP studies, forensic work or gene mapping, the package works in conjunction with GeneTools, saving you hours of repetitive work by automatically comparing thousands of bands on different gels.
